Summary
The acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) is the most common type of leukaemia among children. The number of children cured of ALL is increasing systematically. For that reason doctors are more interested in the quality of life of young people after oncological treatment. Very important factors are social and school functioning, personality development or coping with daily life. The quality of life issues is significant on account of subjective appraisal of treatment effect.
